Common Ground adheres to the principal of sustainability with all aspects of our work- from the office supplies we use to the real estate development services we provide. As a consultant to the Washington State Dept of Commerce, Common Ground played a key role in development of the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard (ESDS) which sets a high standard for environmentally responsible development for all WA State Housing Trust Fund projects.
Our commitment to our clients is to develop housing that is built to last, efficient and inexpensive to operate, that provides residents with comfortable and healthy indoor environments and that minimizes negative impacts to the environment at large. Our team includes Architects, LEED Accredited (LEED AP) Professionals and Certified Sustainable Building Advisors (CSBA). Throughout the entire housing development process, we familiarize our clients with sustainable development practices and strategies and help them make informed decisions that are aligned with their organizational goals and financial resources.
