David SchorDirector of Finance and Administration
David has been involved in nonprofit and for-profit accounting and financial management for over 8 years. He has consulted to nonprofits on accounting systems setup, budgeting, general ledger work, audit preparation, reporting and financial analysis. In the past, he has worked in assurance and advisory services, including independent and internal audit, compilations and management reporting. He is responsible for Common Ground's financial management, including accounting, managing cash flow, reporting/analysis, budgeting/forecasting and managing relationships with vendors and service providers. |

Outside of the OfficeDavid also currently serves as treasurer for the board of Parkview Services, a non-profit organization supporting people with developmental disabilities and their families in King and Snohomish Counties. In addition, he uses his knack for numbers to tutor grade school kids in math and various other topics. When David isn’t buried in books and numbers, he's out on the open road with his bike. Not only does he cycle to work like many of the other Common Grounders, but he’s also completed the STP and RSVP rides. Degrees and Certifications
