Alder Commons

4308 76th St. NE
Marysville, WA 98270

Located north of Everett along the I-5 corridor, the city of Marysville is best known for its strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry farms.  It is also home to Alder Commons, an 18-unit complex providing housing for the homeless, and individuals who are chronically and persistently mentally ill.  We assisted Compass health in developing Alder Commons from start to finish.  It was built in conjunction with a mixed-use development containing the North Snohomish County offices of Compass Health’s Adult Extended Services.  This program offers the on-site supportive services to the residents.  As Snohomish County’s primary mental health agency, Compass Health provides Alder Commons with case management, mental health treatment, medication management, employment support, life skills assessment and education.
