Andrew’s Glen

We continued our long tradition of partnership with Imagine Housing by assisting with their 11th project, Andrew’s Glen. This development, located in East King County has 40 units, 20 for formerly homeless veterans, 10 for other formerly homeless households, and the remaining for other low-income families and individuals transitioning out of homelessness. The site will also contain 24-hour staffing, case management, skills training and support services from over 10 other agencies. Common Ground structured all the financing and served as a project manager up to start of construction.
