Valley Cities Counseling and Consultation was ready to further expand their services to those with mental illness in South King County. They wanted to offer transitional housing to their clients who often struggle maintaining a home. So they turned to Common Ground in assisting them with acquiring and renovating a 2-story, four-plex located in Auburn. Thanks to King County’s funds and our project management expertise, Valley Cities now has additional housing to their portfolio specifically for low-income adults to prepare them for permanent supportive housing.
