Common Ground continues our longstanding partnership with DESC to assist them in the development of Aurora Supportive Housing, which will create 87 studio units of permanent rental housing for formerly homeless individuals with 24/7 on-site mental health and chemical dependency services. This project is now under construction in Seattle’s Greenwood neighborhood, at the former site of Cyndy's House of Pancakes, and will open its doors at the end of 2012. Common Ground has assisted DESC in all facets of this project.
