Common Ground continues our longstanding partnership with DESC to assist them in the development of Aurora Supportive Housing, which will create 87 studio units of permanent rental housing for formerly homeless individuals with 24/7 on-site mental health and chemical dependency services. Located in Seattle’s Greenwood neighborhood at the former site of Cyndy's House of Pancakes, this project celebrated its grand opening in February 2013. Common Ground assisted DESC in all facets of this project.
