When Transitional Resources found itself with an opportunity to acquire property and expand its capacity to provide housing and services to adults with mental illness, they called Common Ground. We found the public financing, determined the feasibility of the site and guided Transitional Resources through the legal, financial and logistical challenges of the construction process. The finished project provides independent living in studio apartments with supportive services next door to the Transitional Resources offices.
