Common Ground provided full housing development services for the Chelan-Douglas Community Action Council in developing this 18-unit housing facility. The project was designed for seasonal farmworker families and formerly homeless families that had developed two-year action plans to achieve self-sufficiency. The project includes a community building equipped as a cooperative childcare, an outdoor play area, and support services for formerly homeless families dedicated to achieving self-sufficiency. This project received financial support from individual donors, the Chelan-Douglass Community Action Council and from the Washington State Housing Trust Fund.
