Eernisse Apartments

17905 97th Place SW
Vashon, WA 98070

Vashon Island is a great place to live.  And nonprofit Vashon Household wanted to make sure that low income families especially had a chance to call this picturesque island home.  To counter the skyrocketing rental market, Vashon Household partnered with Common Ground to build the Eernisse Apartments, 26 affordably-priced homes.  The complex was built with community in mind, as the diverse townhouses have one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, the only three-bedroom apartments on Vashon Island.
