Family Resource Center of Lincoln County (FRC) provides shelter and permanent supportive housing for people who are or have been homeless or victims of domestic violence. Four affordable rental units are reserved for households at or below 30% of area median income and for one large-family household at or below 50% of area median income. The remaining units are for families with children who have experienced domestic violence. Common Ground assisted with the entire process from start to the end of construction, enabling FRC to provide an essential program for the underserved area of Lincoln County.
