Francis Village is a new construction project with 60 units of multifamily housing serving homeless families. Common Ground packaged the project to tax credit investors and public funders. Common Ground was able to secure a high price for the sale of tax credits, add project-based rental assistance into the deal, and close on construction financing. The project will provide 45 homes for homeless families and 15 units of affordable workforce housing in Kirkland.
