When the City of Bellevue donated land for an affordable housing project, Common Ground worked with the City, project sponsor Hopelink, and the community to create safe, affordable housing with on-site support.  Hopelink Place provides transitional housing for families, with a focus on community relationships.  All of the households entering the program are at or below 30% of are median income.  Each family enrolls in Hopelink's Self-Sufficiency program, working closely with a case manager during their two year tenancy  The development includes the Adelle Maxwell Childcare Center to assist parents who must access services, counseling or training.
