Korean Women’s Association wanted to provide homes for their community’s growing low-income seniors.  This led to the conversations and planning that would later become International Place.  This award-winning building has 55 units for low income seniors, and it provides independent living with on-site services.  International Place is located in the Tacoma Housing Authority Salishan HOPE VI redevelopment.  Common Ground successfully secured all financing for the project.  We also provided full development consulting.  The project was completed on time and within budget in 2007.
