Issaquah House is one of several residences resulting from a partnership between Common Ground and Inland Empire Residential Resources (IERR).  IERR facilitates the creation and preservation of long-term affordable housing for persons with disabilities and low- and moderate- income individuals and families.  Common Ground provided real estate development services to help make this small group home a reality in East King County.
