Bellevue-based nonprofit organization Housing at the Crossroads serves homeless families in East King County by providing affordable, transitional housing and support services. We partnered with Housing at the Crossroads to help finance and then develop Kensington Square.  The project consists of 6 units of transitional housing serving large-sized families with children who are homeless or at risk of being homeless.   It is composed of 6 townhouse units in 3 buildings in rectangular shape. Families selected for these units receive extensive case management to assist them in transition to permanent housing after a set amount of time.
