Common Ground provided extensive Capital Needs Assessments to several properties owned by Kitsap Community Resources. The units included several duplexes for their transitional housing programs, an affordable apartment complex for low-income families, and several classroom and program facilities used to help their clients build skills to stay off the streets. Thanks to our CNA, Kitsap Community Resources was able to prioritize and then move forward with property upgrades and calculate their financial reserves so their homes may continue to house future generations of clients.
