OPAL Community Land Trust wanted to purchase Lavender Hollow to ensure these rental apartments remained affordable for the Island’s low-income residents.  We helped OPAL CLT successfully navigate the complex web of public financing available for such projects.  They were then able to assemble sufficient funds to not only purchase the apartments, but also afford renovations to upgrade the buildings and make them more energy efficient.
