We teamed up with the North Columbia Community Action Council to transform this former hotel and registered national and state historic landmark into affordable rental housing. This project was unique in that it involved historic preservation and rehabilitation that led to 13 units of rental housing with 2 commercial spaces. Today, this building continues to be a draw for history buffs and a home for Ephrata’s low-income community.
