Northeast Longhouses is a 2-phase, apartment development planned to achieve a high level of environmental sustainability and cultural relevance.  The complex will have homes for singles and small families, a community building, and landscaping of a 5-acre park like site.  The design contains two new distinctive construction units, called Longhouses.  These two identical buildings contain residential units and replicate the form of the traditional Puyallup longhouse.  The second phase involves the renovation of existing townhomes that will improve their energy efficiency and durability.  Puyallup Tribal Housing Authority selected Common Ground as its financing consultant for this project.
