Kitsap Community Resources (KCR) has more than 35 years of experience providing services to low-income residents of Kitsap County. Opal Court was their first transitional housing complex for formerly homeless families with children. They extensively renovated two existing dilapidated structures. This resulted in new homes designed specifically for families who also receive case management from KCR. Common Ground provided a full range of real estate development services on this acquisition and rehabilitation project, from the initial Capital Needs Assessment to complete construction management.
