Common Ground partnered with Providence Health and Services to renovate Providence House to better serve their low-income seniors. This rehabilitation project included energy efficiency upgrades to the 1985 HUD Section 202 property.  The project added eco-friendly retrofits to the building, including the addition of systems that provide comfortable heat and cooling while keeping utility costs affordable.  The rehabilitation was funded through the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Green Retrofit Program and weatherization funds from the Opportunities Industrialization Center of Washington.
