Common Ground continued our strong partnership with Downtown Emergency Service Center by helping them complete their 7th program of permanent supportive housing. We helped them with assembling the successful financing and managing the rest of the construction process. Rainier House offers 50 units of permanent supportive housing for men and women with mental illness who have spent long periods of time living on the streets or shelters. The building opened with much fanfare, welcomed by one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the U.S.
