Common Ground inspected several transitional and permanent supportive housing units all over the Seattle area owned and maintained by Solid Ground. We also inspected four of the organization's community facilities, including their main offices in the Wallingford area. Afterwards, we reported on their estimated costs to complete the repairs and replacements and finally drew up a comprehensive Capital Reserve Plan showing the amount of money needed each year to maintain a viable property.
