Common Ground provided full development services for Stillaguamish Gardens, a separate addition to the existing campus of the Stillaguamish Senior Center in Arlington, Washington. The new facility added 30 one-bedroom units of permanent supportive housing for seniors, plus one apartment for on-site staff. This carefully planned project is designed to enable independent living, and provides fully accessible housing in a service-enriched campus environment.
