From tax credits to low-interest loans, Common Ground successfully secures funding for housing projects on behalf of their clients. New Horizons Care Center contracted Common Ground to search for finance sources to further improve their Sun Ray Court facility, a consolidated treatment and housing facility in Spokane for single men with chronic mental illness and/or chemical dependency. We sought funding from six separate sources and succeeded all six times, allowing Sun Ray Court to proceed through to their much-needed upgrades.
