We partnered with Chelan-Douglas Community Action Council to develop this 32 units of affordable housing in four newly constructed buildings. The project offers a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. Tenants have access to a 3,000-square-foot community building with meeting areas, common rooms, laundry facilities and storage space. A playground and basketball courts are available for residents and their children.  All of the project’s units are affordable to households earning 50 percent or less of the area median income. The facility is reserved for large families, families and individuals transitioning out of homelessness and developmentally disabled tenants.  The project sponsor also formed agreements with 12 social service agencies to provide programs to Sunset Ridge tenants at no charge.
