“Teekalet” means "brightness of the noonday sun" and was designed to balance popular residential designs and traditional tribal art. We assisted Port Gamble S'Klallam Housing Authority with assembling the finances to develop the 17 large new affordable rental housing units, community building and play area.  The project will help address the need for larger housing for families with children and provide amenities that accommodate their extended families and cultural heritage associated with fishing.
