Community Psychiatric Clinic (CPC) drew on their long history of working with Common Ground when they decided to build the Willows. We assisted CPC throughout the entire housing development process, from assembling financing to managing the project.  The Willows is a 24-hour supervised transitional housing program that provides housing, treatment, and significant additional on-site support for 15 mothers with young children, recovering from mental illness, chemical dependency and homelessness.  This unique program operated in conjunction with the University of Washington’s Parent Child Advocacy Program, serves homeless families who face multiple challenges.
